Qualified Pothole Reporting

CAUTION

Your safety is our main concern.

Put your car in PARK when hunting from inside your vehicle to avoid rolling.

Always be aware of your surroundings so as not to impede foot or vehicle traffic that would endanger you, anyone else, or your efforts.

Be Aware

Property managers, business owners, or security guards may question you directly about the reason you are taking photos of the parking lot.

  • Do not become agitated or confrontational
  • Always be professional and courteous
  • Explain that you represent Pothole Repair and are working as a Pothole Hunter.
  • It is OK to provide our phone number and website to anyone that asks and we will be happy to provide them with additional information.

In-Scope Damage

At least 12 x 12 inches with a maximum of up to 3 x 3 feet

TIP

The pictures below are “In-Scope” – that’s good and means these are the type of damage we seek. “Out of Scope” pictures are also included, and they are bad because they are not what we are looking for. Out of scope reports will usually result in the report being “DNQ” (does not qualify) which means you will be notified via email that we have rejected a particular report.
